We utilize studio-grade DNP photo lab printers to deliver instant, high-resolution keepsakes. These professional machines require expert oversight to guarantee they stay running smoothly, remain loaded, and—most importantly—are operated safely throughout your event.

We charge a distance-based Delivery & Professional Set-up fee. Because we are a full-scale professional operation—not just a side hustle—our base package prices are carefully calculated to cover on-site labor, insurance, graphic design, and professional software. Since we service a massive region across Wisconsin, separating the delivery cost allows us to keep our base package prices fair for everyone, rather than raising prices across the board to cover the variable costs of travel and staff transit time.

We are Central and Northern Wisconsin specialists! We travel to almost every corner of the state, including Wausau, Green Bay, Appleton, Eau Claire, and the Northwoods. Currently, our service area excludes the Milwaukee Metro area / Southeast corner of Wisconsin. If you are unsure if your venue is within our range, just reach out!

We love a good outdoor celebration! To ensure our professional equipment performs at its best, we have three requirements for outdoor setups: access to a dedicated electrical outlet, a completely flat and level surface, and full overhead coverage (such as a tent or pavilion). If electricity or coverage is not available at your site, please notify us in advance; we can provide our own for an additional equipment fee to ensure the show goes on regardless of the layout.

Yes, a stable internet connection is required for instant digital sharing and certain printing features. While we always bring our own professional backup hotspots to account for venue service gaps, signal strength can be unpredictable in more remote or northern locations. In these rare instances, your digital media is safely queued and will be delivered automatically as soon as a strong connection is established.

• Standard Setup (Prints & Props): Requires a minimum of a 10' x 10' square area.

• Enhanced Setup (Red Carpet, Stanchions, or LED Enclosure): Requires a minimum of a 15' x 15' area.

• Digital-Only Booth (With Backdrop): Requires a compact 8' x 8' space.

• We recommend placing the booth near the action (like the bar or dance floor) but with enough "breathing room" for a line to form!
