Why We Don’t Have a "Basic" Price List
We’ll be the first to admit it: we hate "gatekeeping" prices just as much as you do. However, because we refuse to offer "standard" cookie-cutter service, we simply have too many customizable options, booth styles, and enhancements to fit onto a single PDF.
We try to be as upfront as possible, so we tried to include starting prices around our website by the packages and booth options but to get your final, transparent total, we have two ways to get the ball rolling:

We’ve tried to find a better way, but until we stop offering the high level of customization Peter insists on, the calculator is our best tool. We promise to be as upfront as possible, ensuring the "human review" happens quickly so you can get back to planning your legendary event.

Accuracy over "Stalking": Yes, it asks for your name, date, and location. We need this to calculate travel and verify availability—not to stalk you.

The Human Touch: Once you submit your build, a member of our team personally reviews it. We check our staffing and gear logistics to ensure we can deliver the 5-star experience you’re expecting before we send over the contract.
The Finish Line: Once we verify the details, we’ll email your contract. Sign it, pay the retainer, and your date is officially EPic.
