Frequently Asked Questions
Transparency is the foundation of a legendary event. Here’s how booking works, what we need from your venue and what you take home.
Planning & Booking
How do I book?
Pick your occasion on our booking page and build your package in the online calculator. Prices update as you go.
- Submit your build and a member of our team reviews it personally, checks it suits your venue and confirms our schedule.
- We send you a formal proposal to look over.
- Happy with it? Sign the agreement and pay the retainer right there.
When is my date locked in?
Your date is officially reserved once you sign the agreement and pay the retainer, both right inside your proposal.
Do I have to commit just to see prices?
No. Browsing the calculator is commitment-free. We ask for your name, date and event location because that’s the only way to check availability and work out delivery and set-up for your area.
And our “No-Stalking” Guarantee stands: whether you build a quote or send an inquiry, you won’t be hounded.
What do your packages cost?
Every occasion has its own packages and starting prices, so you only see what fits your event: weddings, corporate, holiday parties, school events, proms & dances, nonprofit events and parties. Prices are starting points: tax and Delivery & Professional Set-up aren’t included, and enhancements can be added when you book. Multi-day and custom events get a custom quote.
What if I don’t see exactly what I need?
Ask us. Multi-day activations, large corporate events, custom builds or just wanting a recommendation on which booth fits your vibe: share a few details and we’ll put together a proposal built around your event. Our “hidden menu” of possibilities is huge.
Why should I have a booth attendant?
Our attendants are your event hosts, not button-pushers. They’re the hype person who draws guests in and keeps the energy up, the tech support who keeps the software flawless, and the security for the high-end equipment you’re responsible for. From setup to teardown, your only job is to have a great time.
Space & Setup
How much space do we need?
- Standard setup (prints and props): 10′ × 10′ minimum
- Enhanced setup (red carpet, stanchions or LED enclosure): 15′ × 15′ minimum
- Digital-only booth with backdrop: 8′ × 8′
Put us near the action, like the bar or dance floor, with breathing room for a line to form.
Can you set up outdoors?
We love an outdoor celebration. We need three things: a dedicated electrical outlet, a flat and level surface, and full overhead cover such as a tent or pavilion.
No power or cover on site? Tell us ahead of time and we can bring our own for an additional equipment fee.
Service Area & Delivery
Where do you travel?
We’re Central and Northern Wisconsin specialists and travel to almost every corner of the state, including Wausau, Green Bay, Appleton, Eau Claire and the Northwoods.
We don’t currently serve the Milwaukee metro and southeast corner of Wisconsin. Not sure about your venue? Just reach out.
Is there a delivery and set-up fee?
Yes, a distance-based Delivery & Professional Set-up fee. Our package prices cover on-site labor, insurance, graphic design and professional software. Keeping delivery separate means we don’t raise every package price to cover the miles, so prices stay fair for everyone. The online calculator works it out from your event location.
Photos & Sharing
Do we get every photo?
- Every wedding experience includes the Master Digital Archive: your branded gallery plus high-resolution, unbranded individual files of every frame taken. Several event packages include it too.
- Many event and party packages include a post-event online gallery or full digital download.
- iPad booths deliver copies of the finished photo templates, sized for phones and social sharing. Individual original photos aren’t included.
Exactly what’s included is listed with each package when you build your quote.
Do I need to provide Wi-Fi?
Yes, a stable connection is needed for instant digital sharing and some printing features. We always bring professional backup hotspots, but signal can be patchy at remote and northern venues. If it drops, your photos are safely queued and send automatically once a strong connection is back.
Can we have prints without an attendant?
No. We print on studio-grade DNP photo lab printers, and they need a professional on hand to keep them loaded, running smoothly and operated safely all event long.
