Before You Book
Is there a delivery and set-up fee?
Yes, a distance-based Delivery & Professional Set-up fee. Keeping delivery separate keeps our package prices fair for everyone, wherever your event is. You’ll see it in your online quote before you book.
Where do you travel?
We’re Central and Northern Wisconsin specialists: Wausau, Green Bay, Appleton, Eau Claire, the Northwoods and nearly everywhere in between. We don’t currently serve the Milwaukee metro and southeast corner. Not sure about your venue? Just ask.
How much space do we need?
- Prints & props setup: 10′ × 10′
- Red carpet, stanchions or LED enclosure: 15′ × 15′
- Digital-only booth with backdrop: 8′ × 8′
Near the bar or dance floor is perfect, with room for a line to form.
Do you do outdoor events?
We love them. We need a dedicated outlet, flat and level ground, and full overhead cover like a tent or pavilion. If power or cover isn’t available, we can bring our own for an extra equipment fee.
